Splitsville is a 2025 American comedy film directed by Michael Angelo Covino, who co-wrote the screenplay with Kyle Marvin. The ensemble cast features Dakota Johnson (also a producer), Adria Arjona, Marvin, Covino, Nicholas Braun, David Castañeda, O-T Fagbenle, Charlie Gillespie, and Simon Webster. The story centers on two couples whose friendship unravels when the husband of a divorcing pair becomes romantically involved with the wife in an open marriage.
The film premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on May 19 and will be released by Neon in limited theaters on August 22, 2025, before expanding nationwide on September 5, 2025. Produced by Topic Studios and Neon, with TeaTime Pictures and executive producer Paul Barbeau, filming took place from September to October 2024.
